As a “Member,”  do I have to respond and volunteer for emergency disaster relief services?

No.  Responding to disaster situations is strictly a -volunteer- opportunity to        serve others.  A Member may find themselves impacted by the disaster and            unable to voluntarily help others.  Your schedule may not permit volunteer            service or a number of other very good reasons.
